From the house within the church of Erandio, hailed Pedro de Urazandi y Asua, who wedded Doña Ana de Butrón, hailing from the church of San Juan de Sondika-Sondica and the same district of Bilbao. These spouses established their estate on the 17th of July 1626, which later came under the ownership of their son Pedro de Urazandi y Butrón, who married Doña Bárbara de Taborga. They were the parents of Pedro de Urazandi y Taborga, who entered into two marriages - the first with Doña Clara de Ordelin and the second with Doña Tomasa de Urazandi y Oidelin, from which the offspring Pedro, María Manuela, and Manuela de Urazandi de Zarate were born.
These six siblings pursued a noble process of arms at the chancellery of Valladolid, a legacy continued by their successors until their execution on the 29th of March 1745.
